Processing Time
- Payz transactions are processed within a few minutes.
- Withdrawals of €7,000 or over may require longer processing times, and international financial regulations may require us to request proof of identification.
Fees
- Pinnacle absorbs all Payz transaction fees for deposits to your Pinnacle account.
- Each Pinnacle customer receives one free withdrawal per calendar month.
- Additional withdrawals during that month incur the fee listed in the table above.
Pinnacle makes every effort to ensure our payment processing rules strike a balance between being fair to our customers and free of fees, while also enabling us to keep offering the best value odds online. Whenever possible we absorb transaction fees; however, failure to meet our deposit rollover threshold (three times deposit amount) will incur a 10% processing fee on the withdrawal amount (minimum fee: $20 USD or equivalent), plus any applicable withdrawal fee. Please note that we reserve the right to reject withdrawals if the rollover requirement is not completed.
Important Information
- All funds must be sent and received from a Payz account registered in the same name as the Pinnacle account holder.
- If you deposit funds to your Pinnacle account using Payz, payouts must be processed back to the same Payz account up to, but not limited to, the amount initially deposited.
- Withdrawals using Payz are accepted only if funds were deposited using Payz.
Making a Deposit
- Log into your Pinnacle account.
- Go to the Cashier section and click on the Payz icon in the deposit section.
- Follow the instructions on the screen, complete the form and select "Submit". If your deposit is successful, the funds will be added to your Pinnacle account.
Making a Withdrawal
- Log into your Pinnacle account.
- Go to the Cashier section and click on the Payz icon in the withdrawal section.
- Complete the form and your withdrawal will be forwarded for processing.

Payz money transfer service allows you to send money instantly to friends, family and merchants around the world to countries where Payz services are provided in over 45 currencies. You need to have an ecoAccount at Silver level or higher to use this service. New customers can open a free Classic account and then upgrade to Silver level.
